About Matthew Fischer
Matthew brings more than 19 years of legal experience representing businesses, individuals, and government entities in complex matters at both the state and federal levels. His practice includes professional licensing defense and a range of healthcare-related legal matters.
Before founding his current firm, Matthew served in several legal roles with the United States Government. He was a Senior Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he advised administrative law judges and agency personnel on a broad range of legal issues. He previously served as an Assistant General Counsel with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Matthew is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas, before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
